Cancellation Policy

We understand that things happen, if you need to cancel your order please do so within the first 8 hours off your order being placed. 

To cancel your order send an email to info@goodjuujuu.com ( Please wait for a reply.Your cancellation is considered in-process once we have responded to your initial request). Please include your full name, order number and the title of the item(s) you wish to cancel. Allow 3 - 5 business days for us to process your cancellation and initiate a refund to your original form of payment. Please note that any order not canceled within the initial 8 hours of placing the order will be issued a store credit not a refund to the original form of payment. 

If paying with AfterPay, you will be issued a store credit for the amount of your purchase on items you would like to cancel.
